DEEPR (Pronounced "Deeper") is the Dundee Electronic Engineering Physics and Renewable energy Society.

The society is associated with the Department of Electronic Engineering and Physics at the University of Dundee and it exists to promote student participation in excursions and social activities etc as well as to promote the department and the subjects that we are all involved in.

The society is also affiliated and supported by The Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), The Institute Of Physics (IOP) and The Dundee Students Union (DUSA).

We are a fairly new society, following from DEEP, the department's original society. The added "R" is a reflection of the addition of a Renewable Energy course in the department, which brought a new group of members to the society.

As a student society we aim to promote student participation in events such as excursions, specialist lectures, social activities etc.

Our forum is aiming to be a good place to come with questions and help requests relating to the society's interests (Electronics, Physics and Renewable energy).

DEEPR Low-down, is our newsletter with society news, events, announcements, technology, electronics, physics, renewable energy sections and more.

Please see the join section if you are interested in becoming a member of the society and contact us with any questions.

We would also welcome anyone with an interest in Electronics, Physics and Renewable energy.
